PPS: Unable to Save Changes in the Internet Explorer Browser Configuration

If configuration changes are made to the browser settings in Internet Explorer, but the changes revert back to the original settings or an error is encountered, the PC may be managed by a Network Administrator. If the PC that is being used to access the Valant EHR is managed by an administrator, their assistance will be required in order to make the necessary changes to the browser's configuration. Please contact the administrator at your organization.
The bottom of the Advanced tab may display a notification that the settings are being managed by an administrator (see below). To view the Advanced Tab:
- Click on the gear button in the upper right corner of Internet Explorer
- Click on Internet Options
- Click on the Advanced tab
