PPS: Receipt Book

This article applies to the Private Practice Suite


The Receipt Book feature enables organizations to maintain payment receipts:
  • Receipt Book provides the ability to accept stand-alone payments without an appointment
  • Payments can be stored in the Receipt Book and applied to a charge at a later date
  • All payment records are stored in the Receipt Book and can be viewed or printed at any time
To access the Receipt Book, please do the following:
Click on Billing | Receipt Book
In order to complete any task, click on Action:
To accept a Stand-Alone payment for the Receipt Book, click on Billing | Accept Stand-Alone Payment
Enter the relevant information, a record of the payment will be stored in Receipt Book.
