PPS: A Document Does Not Appear in the Documents Tab of a Patient Chart

A document may not display if it is inactive or archived.

  1. Select the "Show inactive" or "Show archived" checkbox in the upper right corner of the "Documents" tab.

  1.  Click on the Action button that coincides with the row that contains the inactive or archived document. It is not necessary to select the document first.
  2. Click Reactive or Unarchive.

It is also important to remember that clinical documents uploaded by a staff member will appear in the provider's Uninitialed Documents and they will not appear in the patient chart until they have been initialed by the provider.
