PPS: A Document Does Not Appear in the Documents Tab of a Patient Chart

A document may not display if it is inactive or archived.
- Select the "Show inactive" or "Show archived" checkbox in the upper right corner of the "Documents" tab.
- Click on the Action button that coincides with the row that contains the inactive or archived document. It is not necessary to select the document first.
- Click Reactive or Unarchive.
It is also important to remember that clinical documents uploaded by a staff member will appear in the provider's Uninitialed Documents and they will not appear in the patient chart until they have been initialed by the provider.
