IO: Applying Payments Troubleshooting

This article applies to Valant IO 

Some customers are having trouble when applying multiple patient payments or insurance payments in the EHR. This only happens when you try to apply a single amount to multiple dates of service. Valant is currently working to fix this issue and we hope it will be resolved shortly. 

As a workaround when applying insurance payments and patient payments do not apply multiple dates of service at the the same. Until this issue is resolved users will need to manually apply each amount one at a time.
