PPS and IO: How to Request Additions to Your Valant Subscription
This article applies to Valant IO and the Private Practice Suite
If you are your organization’s point of contact with Valant and would like to make changes to your Valant subscription, such as an adding a new staff user, provider, service and/or module to Valant, please submit a ticket to our subscription team using the Subscription Portal.
After a form has been submitted, a ticket is automatically generated in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. A member of our Subscription Team will then reach out to the provided contact within 1-2 business days.
The Subscription Portal allows our team to more efficiently respond to customer requests regarding their Valant subscription. It also gives us more data on the volume and nature of customer subscription requests, allowing our team to better implement initiatives aimed at improving our service.
