EPCS Identity Proofing

Identity proofing during EPCS enrollment will fail when there is a problem with your credit report.

  •     If the identity proofing fails immediately, there may be a security freeze on the credit report
  •     If all three questions are answered prior to failing, then there may be a fraud alert that has been configured on the credit report

 

Remove a security freeze or remove a fraud alert
