The Children's Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale - Parent Report is a version of the original clinician-administered CY-BOCS that is designed to be completed by the parent.

It is a 10-item scale of pediatric Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder symptoms and severity.

Interpretation:

  • 0-7 - Subclinical
  • 8-15 - Mild
  • 16-23 - Moderate
  • 24-31 - Severe
  • 32-40 - Extreme
