Valant Scheduled Maintenance on Saturday, 3/20 and Sunday, 3/21

Valant will be performing some backend maintenance on our infrastructure that will improve performance long term and enhance our ability to provide continued innovation to our customers.

To accommodate this maintenance, you will not have access to Valant’s software from 5:00 PM PDT on Saturday, March 20th to 5:00 AM PDT on Sunday, March 21st.

This will affect all parts of Valant, including Valant IO, Private Practice Suite, Mobile Notes, Mobile Site, e-Prescribing, Telehealth, Patient Portal, and Secure Messaging. 

What you need to do:

  • Log out of Valant prior to this scheduled maintenance window.
  • Proactively communicate to your clients that the patient portal and secure messaging will be unavailable during this window.


We will send a reminder, as well as a notification when the maintenance is complete.
