PPS: Load Patient Data Error

The Valant Team has received some reports of users not being able to load their patient data when logging into Valant. While the root cause of this issue is not yet known, it appears to only be happening in Internet Explorer. If you receive this error please try clearing your cache as well as your Silverlight Data. If that does not resolve the issue, for an immediate solution please switch to using Firefox ESR V52. If for some reason you cannot use Firefox please contact Valant Support as there may be another workaround for your practice.
