A small number of users have reported that some patients did not received their patient reminders over the past weekend on 9/26. Valant investigated these reports to verify the status of these reminders, and have verified that reminders went out to patients on 9/27, 9/28 and 9/29. It was determined that appointment reminders did not go out as planned on 9/26 due to an error with our appointment reminder partners. Appointment reminders will remain closely monitored going forward while we ensure all reminders are sent to patients.
