 A small number of users have reported that some patients did not received their patient reminders over the past weekend on 9/26. Valant investigated these reports to verify the status of these reminders, and have verified that reminders went out to patients on 9/27, 9/28 and 9/29. It was determined that appointment reminders did not go out as planned on 9/26 due to an error with our appointment reminder partners. Appointment reminders will remain closely monitored going forward while we ensure all reminders are sent to patients. If you noticed discrepancies in your Appointment Reminder Status Report please submit an ticket here with examples. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
