PPS: Unlocking Locked User Accounts

This article applies to the Private Practice Suite

Administrators can unlock accounts by clicking on System | Unlock Locked User Accounts from the Navigation Tree

Each column can be sorted by clicking on the headers to sort the column alphabetically or by value. To unlock a user:

  1. Click on the username of the account that has been locked
  2. Click the Unlock button

A confirmation message will briefly appear that states that the user has been successfully unlocked.
