PPS: Clearing Silverlight Cache

This article applies to the Private Practice Suite


Many browser issues can be fixed by clearing the cache memory in Silverlight. These issues include, but are not limited to, blank pages, unresponsive buttons, display issues.

  1. Open the Microsoft Silverlight shortcut in your Start Menu
  2. You will see the Microsoft Silverlight Configuration application come up

  1. Click on the Application Storage tab
  2. Click on any Valant sites that are available and click the DeleteĀ button, or click the Delete all button to clear all web site data from cache
  3. Click OK

  1. Close browser window and relaunch Valant
