How do I log into Litmos?
If you have already received your Welcome email and created your password, use valant.litmos.com to log in. The screen should look like this:
I accessed Litmos once, but now the URL does not work
As explained in your Welcome email, the URL used to access Litmos for the first time expires immediately. Please use valant.litmos.com after your first login.
What content is covered in Litmos?
Litmos covers all the basics of the Private Practice Suite product. Your implementation manager will recommend the best time to complete the courses during your onboarding process.
How long do I have to complete my training?
You will have up to 15 days to complete your training.
Can I access the e-learning platform if I’m not at work?
Yes! Our partner Litmos is a leading provider of cloud learning managing systems and you are not required to be logged into any Valant product to access your courses, simply visit valant.litmos.com and enter you login details.
Are there any technical requirements to access the content?
Yes, the requirements are Flash and a recent browser. For more details see E-learning Platform Technical Specifications
Can I access Litmos in a tablet?
Yes. However, you will need a browser that uses Flash. Both Android tablets and iPads can run Flash browsers. For more information see Use Litmos e-learning courses in an iPad
What can I do if I have questions after I have completed the e-learning courses?
